Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneouslyCoordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth executionCollaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirementsCommunicate with our global network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progressTrack project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholdersManage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins and financial reportingMaintain accurate and organized project documentationPerform quality control checks at various stages (e.g.
proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.)Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standardsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.Essential skills requ
