Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with local finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger accounting, or a similar finance function.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
