Babel Empower
is expanding its international network of coaches and facilitators and is looking for an experienced
German-speaking Coach
to collaborate with us on leadership, team development, and organisational development projects.

The Role

We are looking for a coach with a strong background in
team coaching and executive coaching
, who can support leaders and teams in navigating challenges, strengthening collaboration, and achieving sustainable performance.

The role will involve working with international clients and multicultural teams, primarily in
German and English
, with the possibility of Spanish depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver
1:1 executive and leadership coaching
for managers and senior leaders.
- Facilitate
team coaching processes
focused on collaboration, trust, communication, performance, and team effectiveness.
- Support leadership teams through organisational change and transformation.
- Facilitate conversations around conflict, difficult dynamics, feedback, and accountability.




- Help leaders develop greater self-awareness and strengthen their leadership impact.
- Design and facilitate coaching interventions adapted to each client's context and needs.
- Work with multicultural and international teams in corporate environments.
- Collaborate with Babel Empower's network of coaches, facilitators, and consultants.

Requirements
- Professional experience as an
Executive Coach and Team Coach
.
- Proven experience working with
managers, senior leaders, and leadership teams
.
- Experience coaching teams through complex organisational or interpersonal challenges.
- Strong understanding of leadership development, team dynamics, communication, and organisational change.
- Fluent German and English
; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in
international and multicultural corporate environments
.
- Professional coaching certification (e.g.
ICF, EMCC or equivalent
) is highly valued.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
