About the Role

This is a front-row seat to how a category-defining startup wins enterprise customers.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll work directly with our founding GTM team to build and run the top of our sales engine. Your job is to identify, develop, and create new business opportunities across target accounts — researching companies, reaching decision-makers at some of the largest enterprises in Europe, and turning cold interest into qualified conversations our founders and Account Executives can close.

The playbook is still being written, and you'll help write it. You won't be shadowing — you'll be calling, writing, and owning real pipeline from week one.

What You'll Do
- Evangelize the platform.




Act as a champion for Traza's AI procurement workforce, articulating its value to procurement and operations leaders at companies who've never seen anything like it.
- Strategically prospect.
Use modern tools and creative strategies — cold calls, personalized email, and LinkedIn — with a phone-first mindset, to connect with prospective clients across target accounts.
- Generate pipeline.
Research accounts, map stakeholders, and identify the buying triggers that make a conversation worth having. Turn that research into qualified meetings and a robust pipeline for the founding team.
- Own your territory.
Take ownership of a defined set of target accounts, developing new relationships and expanding conversations to maximize coverage across Europe's largest enterprises.
