Role Description
The VP of Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading LTE CONSTRUCTION’s overall marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees the development of integrated marketing plans that support business growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition in the construction sector. Day-to-day tasks include directing market research initiatives, analyzing industry trends, and translating insights into actionable campaigns and messaging. The VP of Marketing will manage marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, coordinate public relations efforts, and ensure consistent brand communication in all external-facing materials. This position collaborates closely with executive leadership, sales, and project teams to align marketing activities with company objectives, track performance metrics, and optimize budgets and resources.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Planning to define and drive strategic marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Market Research to gather, interpret,



and apply market and competitor insights to marketing decisions.
- Experience in Public Relations to manage media outreach, reputation, and corporate communications.
- Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track record of managing budgets, agencies, and vendors, and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
