Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

Acquire new customers independently via phone
, working with qualified leads and selling pet health insurance to pet owners. Through professional and friendly advice, you will continuously grow your customer base.

⭐ Communicate with qualified leads through
inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
.

⭐
Prepare tailored insurance offers
and follow them through to a successful closing.

⭐ Contribute to
various internal projects
within the team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone-based sales/customer service role, with strong communication and customer handling skills.

✔
Fluent German
(required).
Good English skills
are a plus.

✔ Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

✔Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments

✔️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools
