What You'll Do
- Own the architecture for specific functional areas and components, ensuring it is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall architectural strategy.
- Collaborate with the central Architecture team to understand the company's architectural vision, standards, and guidelines.
- Partner closely with Product Leaders to understand mid- and long-term product strategies and define architectural roadmaps accordingly.
- Align with key technical stakeholders (e.g., DevOps, Application Security, Platform, and Database teams) to ensure architectural consistency across the organization.
- Define and validate the non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability) required by technical solutions, ensuring they are incorporated into the overall solution design.




- Empower development teams to actively participate in solution design while ensuring alignment with architectural principles, standards, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to break down technical solutions into realistic delivery plans, including scope, sizing, milestones, implementation phases, dependencies, and build order.
- Provide ongoing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive architectural and technical initiatives that continuously improve products while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Remain hands-on by contributing high-quality code when needed, supporting strategic projects, evaluating new technologies, and developing proofs of concept (PoCs).
