About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers globally, focusing on aerospace components and advanced materials.
- Expand and strengthen the supplier base across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.




- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and program objectives.
- Build and present detailed business cases to support supplier selection, transitions, and cost optimization.
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and sustainable sourcing decisions.
- Plan and coordinate procurement activities in line with project milestones.
- Analyze supplier and procurement data to enable informed decision-making.
- Manage full sourcing cycles, including supplier engagement, evaluation, and contract finalization.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with focus on cost, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
