AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS? ?

As Customer Success Manager for the French market, you'll take full ownership of your SMB customer cohort right after signing, driving end-to-end success, high retention, and product adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of French SMB accounts across their complete lifecycle




- Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact, running proactive check-ins based on usage signals
- Help customers set up their AI phone agents and coordinate with internal developers for complex technical integrations
- Troubleshoot setup issues independently, interpreting API documentation and error logs
- Identify expansion opportunities and new AI use cases to keep customers highly engaged
- Spot early churn risks and execute retention strategies rapidly
- Manage daily activity, workflows, and account tracking autonomously in HubSpot

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED? ?
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Forward Deployment Engineering, or a technical client-facing SaaS/B2B role
- Fluent/C2 level French and strong professional English
- Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Solid technical understanding, comfortable reading API docs and debugging
