Lead the Growth of an International Seafood Business in Spain

We are partnering with an established international food company that is expanding its presence in Spain. We are looking for an experienced
Seafood National Account Manager
to drive commercial growth, develop strategic customer relationships and establish a strong market presence across the country.

This is an opportunity for a senior seafood professional who enjoys building business, opening new opportunities and working with a high degree of autonomy within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with seafood wholesalers and distributors across Spain.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and annual contracts.
- Build and execute customer growth plans to increase sales and market share.




- Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.

What We're Looking For
- Extensive commercial experience within the seafood industry.
- Proven success managing wholesale distributor accounts.
- Strong network within the Spanish seafood market.
- Experience driving business development and commercial growth.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
