Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you know how to manage multiple moving parts while keeping timelines, budgets, stakeholders and compliance requirements under control. You take ownership of your projects, communicate proactively and stay focused on delivering exceptional results, even when priorities shift.

You enjoy collaborating with clients, suppliers and colleagues, and you're comfortable navigating structured processes in highly regulated environments. You value accuracy,



attention to detail and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
What you'll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
- Manage and/or provide support on multiple pharmaceutical events from briefing through delivery and closure, including attendee management, logistics, production coordination and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with client procedures, healthcare regulations and approval workflows throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams during planning and implementation
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Delegate Managers, Travel Specialists and Production teams to deliver a seamless event experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and identifying mor
