What you'll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
- Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings and congresses
- Assist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration activities
- Prepare project documentation, reporting materials and tracking tools to support successful event delivery
- Maintain project timelines, action logs and event documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution across multiple projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working
