Job Summary




The FP&A; Financial Analyst is a key player in creating and providing valuable information to healthcare administrators and external stakeholders across the US. This position focuses heavily on forecasting and analyzing inputs from others to forecast individual unit and consolidated operating results on a monthly and quarterly basis. The adecuado candidate will be able to:

Reporting
- Prepare regular finance packages for Vice Presidents
- Develop our reporting capabilities inside of our PowerBI, Workday and Planning systems

Forecasting & Budgeting
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
- Assist healthcare administrators in their forecasting efforts, including training administrators on forecasting tools and industry-specific forecasting practices
- Learn industry-specific information to assist with healthcare administrator forecasts
- Support the financial close process related to accruals and budget vs. actual variance analysis

- Perform data
