Business Analyst
(ETL/SQL/BI) with at least
2-3 years
of experience performing similar duties to join our
Data Team in Madrid

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
?
- Reception, validation, and organization of files from different sources;
- Cleaning, normalization, and enrichment of data;
- Data analysis to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement;
- Production of outputs and final files (deliverables) with added value for the client;
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of data throughout the entire process;
- Documentation of processes, business rules, and transformations applied to the data;
- Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure alignment of data requirements;
- Support in the automation and optimization of data processing procedures.

What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?
?
- Higher education in Management, Economics,



Finance, Information Technologies, Engineering, or similar areas;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Analytics roles;
- Previous experience in the financial / credit sector (preferable);
- Proven experience in data processing, transformation, and analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory), namely manipulation of large volumes of data;
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, etc);
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL or similar), knowledge of Python is a plus;
- Experience in handling structured and unstructured files (CSV, Excel, TXT, among others);
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI; - Fluency in English (mandatory)
