About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Luxury Rentals to join our team and represent an exclusive portfolio of high-end properties. This is not a traditional real estate sales role: we are looking for someone who understands luxury service, exceptional client experiences and relationship building, and who knows how to make sophisticated clients feel understood, looked after and confident from the very first interaction. You will manage HNW enquiries and guide clients through the full rental journey, from initial contact and property selection to private viewings, negotiation, closing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and rapidly respond to incoming luxury rental enquiries, establishing a professional and personalised first contact.




Understand each client’s requirements, lifestyle, priorities and timing, and recommend the most suitable properties from the portfolio.
Convert qualified enquiries into private property viewings; organise and host viewings that reflect the standards expected from a luxury brand.
Build trusted relationships with HNW individuals, family offices, premium travel agents and other luxury-sector partners.
Negotiate rental terms and confidently guide clients through the decision-making and closing process.
Coordinate contracts, handovers and client onboarding with discretion, accuracy and close attention to detail.
Maintain relationships beyond the transaction to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term client value.
Work consistently toward individual sales targets while representing the company and its properties with the highest standards of professionalism and service.
