, in a full-time role based in Barcelona.

EVENT MANAGER (F/M/X)

You’re passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences and making sure every element comes together seamlessly. Highly organized and detail-focused, you enjoy coordinating timelines, suppliers, internal teams,



and onsite operations to ensure a large-scale trade show is planned and delivered smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage event planning and delivery from initial preparation through to onsite execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Use Asana and other planning tools to maintain clear project plans, ownership, deadlines, and status updates.
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, contractors, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Sales and Marketing.
- Identify potential delivery risks early and work proactively with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and operational updates throughout the planning cycle.
- Support effective communication and coordination across multiple event areas and stakeholders.
