The
Delivery Business Analyst
is responsible for identifying and understanding customers' business issues and processes, defining and documenting customer needs,



and providing functional requirements and expertise for translating these needs into CHAMP solutions. The Business Analyst ensures that solutions comply with CHAMP's processes, validates and enhances customer requirements, manages change requests, and propose technical solutions and pricing models to meet business requirements, thereby ensuring financial profitability and supporting business growth.

Accountable for a documented, feasible and costed solution position that Sales can carry to the customer and Delivery can execute without reinterpretation.
