The Data Analyst Assistant role exists to provide the empirical foundation for our consulting engagements. Working primarily with a major European logistics partner, you will help our team move beyond anecdotal feedback to find the structural truths hidden in their operational data. This is a fully remote position designed for an entry-level professional who enjoys organizing information and ensuring the precision of our written reports. You will be responsible for managing the data that informs our restructuring recommendations and governance audits.

What You Will Do
- Collect and organize large sets of operational data from our partner in the European logistics sector to identify patterns of friction.
- Clean and verify datasets to ensure the absolute accuracy of the figures used in our structural analysis.




- Prepare clear, logical charts and tables that reflect organizational performance and decision-making bottlenecks.
- Assist senior consultants in identifying trends within management structures and accountability frameworks.
- Review internal reports and client-facing documents to ensure that all data points are consistent and precise.
- Maintain our internal databases and documentation for various client engagements to ensure information is accessible.
- Support the drafting of evidence-backed conclusions for executive-level presentations and written reports.
- Monitor the progress of organizational changes by tracking key performance indicators over the course of an engagement.
