Your Mission

As a Solution Manager – Heat Pump, you will be part of GoodWe’s technical team, supporting the local sales organization, distributors, installers, and key customers across the Iberia region.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales consultation and system design to product training, commissioning support, and technical troubleshooting.

You will work closely with distributors, HVAC installers, EPCs, and other key partners to develop suitable heat pump solutions and ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will also collaborate with GoodWe’s headquarters, R&D;, product management, and service teams to continuously improve product solutions and customer experience.

Your contribution will be essential to strengthening GoodWe’s heat pump business and positioning the company as a reliable technology and solution partner in the Iberia market.





Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical and solution support to the local sales team, distributors, HVAC installers, EPCs, and key customers.

• Support the design and selection of heat pump solutions, including system configuration, capacity selection, hydraulic system integration, and application scenarios.

• Analyse customer requirements, building characteristics, heating/cooling demand, and project conditions to recommend suitable heat pump solutions.

• Provide technical support during the pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and after-sales stages of projects.

• Support distributors and installers in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying appropriate solutions.

• Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams, distributors, installers, and key customers, both online and on-site.

• Develop technical presentations, solution guidelines, application materials, and training
