MARLEX is looking to incorporate a PTP Operations, Payments & Treasury Analyst for a leading multinational company in the beverage and spirits sector, with experience in financial operations, payment management, Treasury and Procure-to-Pay processes.

The position is aimed at professionals with experience in
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Accounts Payable, Treasury, vendor payments or finance operations
within international environments.

The selected candidate will join a integral Finance environment, collaborating with international teams and different business areas to ensure the accurate execution, control and continuous improvement of payment and Treasury processes.

Experience with ERP systems and online banking platforms is required, while experience with SAP, SAP Atriba and/or Kyriba will be highly valued.

Main Responsibilities
:
- Manage and oversee the payment approval process in accordance with internal policies, authority limits and established procedures.
- Review payment proposals and ensure compliance with defined financial controls.




- Manage approvals through online banking platforms, bank portals, payment uploads and authorization workflows.
- Oversee the generation and secure transmission of bank payment files.
- Analyze and resolve payment-related issues, including bank rejections, upload errors, transmission failures, duplicate payments or operational exceptions.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, IT and different business areas to ensure reliable and efficient payment processes.
- Ensure the correct generation and distribution of vendor remittance advice.
- Monitor service indicators (SLAs/KPIs), internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the optimization and standardization of financial processes at an international level.
- Support Treasury-related activities and payment operations as required.
