Avida Estate is a growing luxury boutique real estate agency based in Marbella, built around a more personal, considered approach to property. We are entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Broker to join our team and play an important role in taking Avida Estate to the next level.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-based position for an ambitious and experienced real estate professional who understands the Marbella market, knows how to build genuine client relationships and wants to be part of a boutique agency where quality, discretion and personal service come first.

You will benefit from company-generated leads alongside the opportunity to develop your own network and business, supported by our growing brand, marketing activity and wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and property owners

* Developing your own network of clients and property opportunities





* Generating new business through networking, referrals and market knowledge

* Conducting property viewings and presenting properties to a high standard

* Negotiating offers and managing transactions professionally

* Staying up to date with the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market

* Representing the Avida Estate brand with professionalism, discretion and confidence

* Collaborating with the team to maximise opportunities and cross-sales

* Providing an exceptional level of service throughout the client journey

Must have:

* Several years of proven experience in real estate sales

* A strong understanding of the Marbella property market

* A proven ability to generate and convert leads

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* A strong existing network and/or the ability to build one

* A confident, professional and personable approach

* The ability to work
