The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support the HR Director, Europe & North America in the end-to-end delivery of core HR processes — recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy design, HR systems, and US payroll administration — across a multi-country footprint, acting as the operational point of reference for both EU and US employees

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment (EU and US)
- Define search profiles with hiring managers and draft job descriptions
- Post job ads, source candidates, screen CVs




- Manage the interview process (scheduling, interviewer coordination, feedback collection)
- Negotiate and prepare offer letters, aligning with the HR Director on compensation benchmarks
- Manage pre-hire documentation (background checks where applicable, contractual/immigration documentation for specific cases)

Onboarding & Offboarding Management (EU and US)
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process: contract preparation, welcome kit, system access requests, induction scheduling
- Coordinate with IT, payroll, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are fully set up on day one
- Manage the offboarding process: exit documentation, final pay coordination, system deactivation, exit interviews
- Maintain onboarding/offboarding checklists and ensure consistent application across countries
- Support GDPR-compliant handling of departing employee data (e.g., email forwarding, data retention)
