We are looking for a Turbocharger Operator to join our production team. The position is based on the assembly line and focuses on assembling turbocharger components accurately and in accordance with established production and quality standards.
The role also involves checking assembled parts to ensure that they meet the required quality specifications and reporting any defects or deviations identified during the assembly process.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Assemble turbocharger parts and components on the production line.
- Follow established assembly instructions and production procedures.
- Check assembled parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify and report defective parts, assembly issues or quality deviations.
- Use the tools and equipment required for the assembly process.
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe workstation.
- Comply with internal health and safety, quality and production standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Vocational education or technical training related to automotive engineering, mechanics, mechanical maintenance or a similar field.
- Previous experience in assembly, production, automotive or mechanical environments is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of mechanical parts, tools and assembly processes.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to identify defects or deviations in assembled components.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Responsible, organised and safety-conscious approach.
- Intermediate level of English required.
