As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a
Junior Hosted Buyer Specialist
to join our Barcelona team.

THE ROLE



You will support the management and development of our
Hosted Buyer Programme
, helping us identify, recruit and coordinate qualified international buyers while ensuring an excellent experience before, during and after our events.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, recruit and manage qualified international hosted buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with sports travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, federations and other relevant buyers.
- Manage and continuously grow our buyer database and CRM.




- Manage the event platform/app and matchmaking system, ensuring accurate information and a smooth user experience.
- Coordinate buyer travel, accommodation, schedules and event logistics.
- Support buyer communications and engagement campaigns.
- Work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Event teams.
- Provide on-site support during our international events.
- Monitor satisfaction, collect feedback and contribute to post-event analysis and improvement strategies.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve research, communication, organization and day-to-day workflows.

What We’re Looking For

2 years of professional experience in tourism, hospitality, events, customer service
or related fields, ideally within the
sports, MICE or travel sectors

- Fluent English and Spanish
