Job Description

This role will lead the development, implementation and management of processes,
tools and trainings relating to export compliance at the Teledyne FLIR Solutions
site in Madrid with additional support required at other Teledyne locations as
needed. In particular, the role entails the following:

* Ensure legal compliance and provide export support within government rules
and regulations, including appropriate export licensing for Spain and other
Teledyne locations, as needed.
* Develop, implement,



enhance and maintain trade compliance management systems,
policies, and department procedures and work instructions.
* Serve as a Spanish and US export regulations expert and provide guidance
related to export control compliance requirements to non-US based business
stakeholders.
* Implement standard practices and training programs that align with corporate
trade compliance program requirements.
* Support trade compliance internal and external audits at Solutions and
Digital Imaging locations.
* Support GTC investigation team in reviews and corrective action management.
* Responsible for working as a liaison between business functions including but
not limited to Contracts, Business Development, HR and Engineering.
* Lead trade compliance-related process improvement initiatives.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business senior
leadership and stakeholders and inform these
