We are currently seeking for a ServiceNow Consultants & Developers to join our international ServiceNow team, contributing to powerful solutions for both internal teams and our customers.
Your Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Consultant & Developer in our internal business analyst role, you will:
Take the lead in developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions including platform components, core modules, and the service portalAnalyse internal and external business requirements,
translating them into meaningful workflows and solutionsLead or actively participate in workshops for the continued evolution of our ServiceNow servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needsProvide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementationsEnsure smooth and efficient integration with other systems and servicesDeliver clear documentation and participate in agile sprints to keep progress transparent and effectiveYour Profile - Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves
Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platforms)Strong understanding of Service Management principles (ITIL framework)Proven experience in process and workflow modelling within ServiceNowFamiliar with technologies like Jelly, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React, AJAX, HTML/CSS, XMLExperience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrationsKnowledge of relational database
