You will manage BBVA’s global corporate clients within the Banks coverage team, shaping strategy across CIB products and geographies. In this role you will build senior-level dialogue, drive cross-sell and profitability, and coordinate with risk, legal, and product units. You’ll expand client relationships in Spain, Portugal, and beyond, while staying ahead of regulatory changes and ESG considerations. This is an opportunity to influence BBVA’s regional market share and strategic client partnerships.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage a portfolio of BBVA global clients and strengthen relationships with value-driven solutions across CIB products and geographies
• Elaborate sales strategy and business plan for Banking Institutions in Spain and Portugal in collaboration with product, risk, and legal units
• Prepare and present high-quality proposals to Risk and commercial committees; monitor client risk profiles and maintain alignment with Risk
• Maximize risk-adjusted profitability through exposure management, pricing strategy, and cross-selling BBVA products
• Grow the client base and deepen market penetration by onboarding new clients and expanding existing relationships in the region
• Engage senior-level clients to elevate BBVA's strategic dialogue and maintain awareness of regulatory developments (solvency, liquidity, ESG)
Responsabilidades
• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or related discipline
• Strong xqbhyrx understanding of financial industry trends and drivers
• At least 8 years of relevant front office experience
• Solid knowledge of corporate and investment banking products, especially Global Markets and Debt Capital Markets
• Strong network with key players in the region
