In this RGM leadership role, you will design and drive value-creating pricing, promotions and mix strategies to grow sustainable revenue in Spain. You will lead cross-functional workstreams with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to embed best-practice RGM and ensure alignment with European guardrails. You will build capabilities, standardise processes, and act as a trusted advisor to commercial teams to maximise profitability. This role offers impact across pricing frameworks, trade programmes and market dynamics, within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Create a multi-year pricing framework aligned with market dynamics and brand repositioning
• Lead RGM process design for annual planning with transparency and tracking
• Align European pricing with integral guardrails and Value Committee targets
• Own net price defensibility across inter-company, inter-channel, and inter-customer
• Partner with Account Teams to deliver customer plans within the fiscal year
• Act as trusted RGM advisor to Brand and Commercial teams to enable category strategies
• Collaborate to identify opportunities to grow gross profit and GP per case
• Identify brand-level opportunities for sustainable profitability for customers and Bacardi
• Standardise RGM ways of working across Spain towards a single European model
• Apply RGM frameworks to manage profitabil
