In this role, you will guide agile delivery across Growth, Digital and Platforms to modernize and scale Mars Petcare’s digital-growth capabilities. You’ll support multiple teams and complex value streams, aligning cross-functional partners to fast, value-driven outcomes. You help improve delivery flow, manage dependencies, and enable collaboration across the organization’s boundaries. You will influence without formal authority, coaching teams and senior stakeholders to adopt agile practices and drive continuous improvement. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape the digital backbone supporting marketing, CRM, analytics, and customer experiences at scale.

• Apply the GDP Agile Way of Working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to multiple teams and value streams
• facilitate complex discussions, planning events, retrospectives, and decision-making with stakeholders
• identify and remove systemic impediments and cross-team dependencies
• coach and mentor teams and senior stakeholders in agile practices
• manage product backlog concepts (goals, prioritization, capacity, value delivery) and ensure data-driven improvement

Responsabilidades
• Substantial experience in a Scrum Master/Senior Agile leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile principles, and empirical product development
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience addressing impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to distinguish team-, product-, engineering-, and organizational-level issues
