Descripción Key responsibilities include:Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and financial reviews.Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.Ensure the integrity and maintenance of the general ledger.Support external audits and coordinate responses to auditor requests.Oversee preparation, review, and filing of corporate tax obligations, including VAT, income tax, payroll taxes, and withholding taxes.Monitor compliance with local and international tax regulations.Coordinate relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Ensure accurate tax accounting, reconciliations, and accrual processes.Establish and strengthen internal controls related to accounting, tax, treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.Lead ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and inte
