The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters.
- The Scope: You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.
Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:
- Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput: Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch.
- Cross-Border Communication Bridge: Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Spanish warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.
- Process Standardization & SOP Enforcement: Ensure 100% adherence to general standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time.
- Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adheren
