About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected.



From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to handle incoming customer complaints on external dispute resolution platforms and during early stages of litigation. You’ll work on pre-action letters and responses to claims, and provide day-to-day legal advice as a business partner to key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
- Running internal fact-finding investigations
- Handling external dispute resolution complaints in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Representing Revolut before external dispute resolution forums
