About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing bedroom bookings, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination, and focusing on guest satisfaction to drive repeat stays. You will adhere to sales policies, maximize revenue, follow billing procedures, and foster strong client relationships while assisting the Sales Team with administrative tasks to support sales operations.

As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To receive handover from Sales Department once booking is confirmed to coordinate group program with relevant hotel departments.
- To coordinate booking requirements while in-house and upsell additional services to
