- Contributing to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases across HR will be central to your work.
- You'll design and implement machine learning models for areas like attrition, hiring, and workforce planning.
- Supporting the adoption of AI solutions to automate data and HR processes is part of your remit.
- Building scalable data solutions using Python and modern data tools will keep you engaged.
- You'll translate complex analytical outputs into clear and actionable business insights that drive real change.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all analytics products.
