Essential Functions:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Complete preventive maintenance and work orders
- Assist in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other systems to determine causes of issues and make necessary repairs.
- Assist Maintenance during downtime of production
- Assist maintenance in troubleshooting problems
- Help set-up or install new equipment and systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors on maintenance projects
- Assist in maintaining ZWTLF and Sustainability program
- Assist in maintaining the facilities stock of supplies and cleaning materials
- Perform outs
