Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and demand, resulting in marketing-qualified leads.
- Act as a key contributor and influencer in EMEA’s demand generation strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and demand generation experts.
- Create differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to regional campaigns and target audiences.
- Align with regional POD teams to meet local demand generation goals; ensure stakeholder engagement, campaign localization,



and communication effectiveness.
- Plan and manage regional events to support experiential marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey to develop effective engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with global content, creative, and brand teams to create assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Initiate and manage channel marketing strategies in partnership with sales and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners in key markets.
- Track and report on partner marketing and demand generation activities, providing bi-weekly performance updates aligned with campaign and sales KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets, recommend optimizations, and adjust spend based on market dynamics and effectiveness.
