About the Role:
- As a Administration Officer, you will play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school, acting as a central point of contact for families while providing high‑quality administrative support. You will manage communications, handle enquiries, and support the leadership team and wider staff with a range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating enrolment in services such as transport, meals and extracurricular activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient document management. You will also oversee access to the school site, managing the flow of visitors, students and suppliers, and responding to any incidents professionally. A strong focus on safeguarding, organisation and excellent service delivery is essential in everything you do.
