We are looking for a visionary AdTech Engineering Lead to spearhead our data architecture and drive our technical roadmap forward.

The Role

As the AdTech Engineering Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and scalable advertising technologies. You will lead a talented team of engineers, design robust data infrastructures, and optimize real-time data processing to support our growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines and architectures tailored for AdTech (e.g., real-time bidding, user profiling, attribution).
- Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data and software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration:



Partner with product management and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) across all architectural designs.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our data infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software architecture, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience within the AdTech domain (understanding of RTB, DSPs, SSPs, cookie-less tracking, or programmatic advertising is highly preferred).
- Tech Stack: Strong expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Languages: Proficiency in languages like Python, Scala, or J
