The opportunity✨

If you're looking to build your career in marketing, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering CRM campaigns for some of the travel industry's best-known loyalty brands.

No two days are the same. You'll manage a varied mix of campaigns, work across different audiences and brands,



and gain exposure to a broad partner ecosystem that will help you develop both specialist CRM knowledge and wider marketing expertise.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their CRM or marketing career who enjoys being organised, loves seeing campaigns come to life and wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your ideas and contributions will genuinely make a difference.

This role is based out of our Madrid office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend. It's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and to-do list.
