A Writer Once Again Digital is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal UX/UI Product Architect to lead the design strategy and user experience architecture of our digital products. This senior leadership role combines product thinking, user-centered design, information architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to create exceptional digital experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall UX/UI vision, strategy, and product architecture across multiple digital platforms.
- Design intuitive user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design evaluations.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.




- Mentor and guide designers while fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence.
- Translate business requirements into elegant, user-focused digital solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI-driven experiences, and industry trends to improve product offerings.

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or digital product architecture.
- Proven experience leading complex digital product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic UX thinking and polished UI execution.
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of design systems, user research methodologies, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
