Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Design Management and Project Setup




- Responsible for producing and maintaining the Design Management Plan for the project.
- Responsible for managing the design process from project start through to handover.
- Responsible for managing RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 5 design processes and procedures, or the equivalent project design management system.
- Assist in developing the Design Delivery Schedule in coordination with the Client, Project Manager, design team and consultants.
- Develop comprehensive scope-of-work documents and contract deliverable lists for each relevant discipline.
- Prepare and manage the scope of works for Mercury sub-consultants.
- Ensure the scope of works is completed for all design packages.
- Manage consultant selection, including tender enquiries, evaluation, negotiation, appointment and agreement of RACI matrices.
- Negotiate scope of work, deliverables and commercial terms with consulting firms.
