Job Summary

This role requires a strong technical background, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during critical security events.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's cybersecurity incident response program.
- Coordinate the detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery of security incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident response policies, procedures, and playbooks.
- Conduct forensic investigations and root-cause analyses following security events.
- Manage and mentor incident response analysts and security personnel.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and executive leadership during security incidents.
- Oversee threat intelligence activities and integrate findings into security operations.
- Prepare incident reports and executive-level briefings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for security monitoring and response capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity,



Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in cybersecurity incident response, digital forensics, or security operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing security teams and major incident investigations.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, threat intelligence, and forensic tools.
- Understanding of common attack techniques, malware analysis, and threat actor tactics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
