About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems,



and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to oversee integrations and APIs. You’ll make recommendations to offer features that elevate our customers' experience.

In addition, you'll create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases so they can obtain the most value.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for mid-cap and enterprise merchants
- Analysing merchant expectations and architectures to design, manage, and implement scalable integration strategies
- Supporting troubleshooting by acting as the primary point of contact during hand-off from Sales to Production
- Performing deep-dive log analysis and API/plugin debugging to resolve complex integration hurdles whilst maintaining strict SLA compliance and securing successful l
