About the Role:
GR8 Real Estate is a growing international real estate company specialising in residential and luxury properties across the Costa del Sol.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Marbella team. This opportunity is for an independent sales professional with strong knowledge of the local property market and a proven ability to develop clients and close transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and property owners.
- Generate and manage sales leads and business opportunities.
- Qualify buyers according to their requirements and budget.
- Source and present suitable properties to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients through the transaction process.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network in the Costa del Sol.




- Collaborate with other agents and agencies.
- Keep client and property information updated in the CRM.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.:
- Experience in the Marbella / Costa del Sol market is highly valued.:
- Proven ability to generate leads and close property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle.:
- Registered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register.:
- Ability to work independently and manage your own client portfolio.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based basis.
- Fluent English required: Spanish and additional languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and standard digital tools.
- Professional, organised, proactive and results-oriented.
