- What we want from you - - You’ll already have experience in a Head chef role. - You’re an inspirational leader who ensures your team delivers exceptional service quality. - You’ll train, support + develop your team to help them be the best they can be.- You’ll be responsible for controlling wage percentages, GP’s and stock levels and proactively dealing with these to maximise profitability. - You’ll make sure all food safety and health + safety standards are consistently met.
