Coaxial GS Systems is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Telecom & Core Networks Engineer to join our growing team in Zaragoza, Spain. This role is adecuado for a senior telecommunications professional with deep expertise in carrier-grade network infrastructure, mobile core networks, and next-generation telecommunications technologies.

As a Principal Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the design, deployment, optimization, and evolution of telecom and core network environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of telecom and core network solutions.
- Support and optimize mobile and fixed network core infrastructure.
- Develop network strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide advanced technical guidance.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams on network projects.




- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to network architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and design specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Participate in capacity planning, network performance analysis, and reliability initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in telecommunications and core network engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of mobile core networks, IP networking, routing, switching, and transport technologies.
- Experience with network design, deployment, and operational support in carrier-grade environments.
