We are looking for a Business Mobility Coordinatorto support the compliant mobilization of employees to project sites worldwide. In this role, you will be a key link between projects, corporate functions, and employees—providing expert guidance on mobility
- and compliance-related requirements for international assignments. This is a hands-on,



cross-functional role well suited for someone who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced project environment and who values structure, collaboration, and continuous learning.

As a Business Mobility Coordinator, you will provide guidance and coordinationrelated to national, country-specific, and project-specific rules that affect employee deployment and site assignments. Your scope primarily covers assignments up to 30 days, while also supporting longer assignments in close collaboration with internal partners. You act as a bridge between corporate functions and project execution, contributing to general consistency while adapting to local conditions and project needs.
