Your main functions will be:Identify and collect contract deviations from project teams and contractors.Evaluate customer variance impact assessment reports.Evaluate contractor variances and presented to the client.Monitor and report on the change management process to the client and other relevant stakeholders.Assist client in negotiations with client on change related issues.Participate in the preparation of monthly reports.Participate in and support the claims process.Produce progress reports on a regular basis.Produce Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) on a monthly basis.Lead the contractor change process from evaluation to instructions.Prepare financial forms.Manage budget at completion.Follow contingency table.Ensure proper implementation of quality standards.If you join IDOM you will find:Flexible working hours.Telework 1 day or two afternoons a week.Intensive summer working day (July and August)Flexible remuneration (restaurant card, medical insurance, transport card, day care...)
