Create engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI that help leaders understand workforce trends and talent outcomes.



Support key talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement through data-driven insights. Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Continuously look for smarter ways to improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality. Help bring global talent programs to lifeSupport the Director Integral Talent Programs with coordination and delivery of global talent initiatives. Manage program communications, materials, SharePoint sites, and logistics to create a smooth participant experience. Collaborate with regional Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness to help continuously improve our talent offerings.
