your job will include:Managing and leading the Separation Service team and being responsible from Order Intake to EBITA for the company.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the service business across all ANDRITZ product lines (centrifuges, filter presses, drying systems, filtration technologies) for diverse industries (environmental, food, chemical, mining).To ensure achieve and exceed sales targets, order intake, and profitability metrics for the region of the ASM.Manage the ASM team ensuring:Conduct regular customer visits, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities (service contracts, upgrades, digital solutions).Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
